Early Childhood Educators

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / B.Ed (Early Years preferred) Years of Experience: 2–5 years of teaching in preschool or early years settings Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the center’s curriculum. Ensure a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment that supports holistic development.

Learning Coaches & Curriculum Designers

Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education / Child Development / Curriculum Studies Years of Experience: 3–7 years in curriculum development, instructional design, or teacher training Responsibilities: Design and enhance learning modules that promote inquiry, creativity, and critical thinking. Support educators through coaching, training, and classroom observation feedback.

Centre Heads & Operational Leads

Qualifications: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Education / Management / Administration Years of Experience: 5–10 years including leadership experience in a preschool or K-12 setting Responsibilities: Lead the center’s academic and administrative functions to achieve excellence. Build strong parent partnerships and ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Special Educators, Art & Movement Facilitators

Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Special Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, or Physical Education Years of Experience: 2–5 years of experience working with children in inclusive or specialized programs Responsibilities: Plan and deliver sessions that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities. Use art, music, or movement as tools for expression, therapy, and development.

Parent Relationship, Marketing & Administrative Teams

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Communications / Marketing or related field Years of Experience: 2–6 years in parent engagement, marketing, or school administration Responsibilities: Drive parent engagement initiatives and manage communication touchpoints. Support marketing and admissions efforts while ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Internship and Volunteer Opportunities
