Parents are encouraged to drop their child on time at the start of the school day. During this time, children play together in the play area, which helps new children settle comfortably in a friendly and informal environment. Late arrivals may have to enter the classroom directly, which can slow down the settling process. Timely drop-off supports a smoother transition for the child.

The class teacher personally greets the parent and child, gently takes the child, consoles them, and engages them in play activities. Gradually, the child is taken into the classroom and involved in different activities. We inform parents that it is normal for children to cry initially, and most children settle within 4–5 days.

Yes. We run a daycare program after school hours. Understanding that children may still be adjusting to home routines, we keep two cots ready. If a child falls asleep, we ensure they are comfortable and well-rested.

Washrooms are cleaned at regular intervals. The campus supervisor conducts routine checks, and hygiene is monitored through a daily checklist to ensure cleanliness and safety.

Yes. The Centre Head has access to CCTV, and children are monitored at regular intervals to ensure safety.

We have a dedicated emergency response team. In case of an emergency, doctors are on call, and parents are immediately informed. Appropriate action is taken based on the situation.

Yes, absolutely. Parents are welcome to visit the campus and view all areas to feel confident and satisfied.

Children participate in activities focusing on gross motor and fine motor skills. They learn colors through painting, workbook activities, pasting exercises, and hands-on learning. Rhymes are taught using musical keyboards to make learning enjoyable and interactive.

Yes. Teachers inform parents during dispersal if the child has not eaten well. This helps parents decide about feeding at home.

Support staff play a vital role by assisting children with their daily needs. They closely support and guide children throughout the day.

While the medium of instruction is English, daily communication is supported in the child’s mother tongue. Over time, children gradually pick up English words and begin forming sentences naturally.

Yes. If a child has an illness that may be contagious, we inform parents and advise them not to send their child to school until recovery.

The school follows a healthy fruit break instead of a snack break, where fruits and juices are provided. Allowing individual snacks may disrupt routine and create inconsistency.

Parents can inform the school about allergies at the time of admission or through the app. The child will be excluded from that particular fruit on the specified day.

Yes. We regularly share both positive and challenging behaviors with parents. Detailed discussions happen during PTMs, supported by an observation tracker that records the child’s development.

Teachers immediately address the situation, engage children in activities, and gently explain appropriate behavior. Children are helped to understand feelings, empathy, and why certain actions may hurt others.

Yes. All incidents are documented through an incident report, and necessary safety protocols are followed.

Daycare staff take children to the washroom at regular intervals. This helps children become comfortable with washroom routines and promotes hygiene and independence over time.

Parents must inform the school via WhatsApp, sharing the person’s name, photo, and contact number. If someone arrives without prior information, we verify by video calling the parent before handing over the child.

We observe the child’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development regularly. Understanding a child’s physiology helps set realistic expectations and ensures holistic growth, creating a strong foundation for lifelong well-being.
